Cancellation Policy

When booking an appointment with Donna Mac Aesthetics, we require a 20% booking fee, of your total appointment cost. This will be taken off of your bill when you attend your appointment. If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours, your booking fee will not be refunded. If you wish to change your appointment to another date or time, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice or your booking fee will also not be refunded.
